The hotel is based in a royal-style building. the staff are efficient and knowledgeable. - the location is unbeatable, right in the center of Anstruther. - the room was comfortable and quiet. - the bed was very comfortable.

Our room was well-stocked with a good bed. the staff were pleasant. Magnificent and perfect location, not far from the shoreline, a slope, shops, restaurants. Next door to the property, there was Dreel Halls.

Had a really enjoyable stay.

They gave me a comfy and bright room with crisp sheets, further milk, for example.

Every detail of this great relaxing and lovely welcoming property was very good. The location was excellant, really close to sea front and ex-fishing-village centre, the shops and lovely harbour and St Andrews and the rest of the Kingdom of Fife. I had coffee at Barnett Bakery, located within 10 minutes walk. The room was nice cosy and stocked with a good bed and I liked the royal-style building. The stuff was very attentive, lovely friendly, and responded promptly to requests.

I was really impressed with the standard twin room as it had a nice bed and they included clean sheets and towels.

The location is exceptionally nice and ideal, close to the shoreline, harbour, shops, eateries, and the seafront in Anstruther. My must-have features were a beautifully decorated and well-stocked room with a shower, direct access to the pub, and a comfortable bed.

The location was excellent in Anstruther right next to the harbour. It was airy, tidy and in bar friendly too. the staff was very kind all that time. Actually everything was good. My next choice again in Anstruther.
